African-american?

I’ve been wondring, is the term ‘Black’ offensive to African-American people or not? I know that no one can speak for everyone, but I’ve been thinking about this for ages now. I mean, I always wanted to be Ethnic, believe me (I’m half South African, but I guess that doesn’t matter – South-Africans are white too!). I’d love to be, I just do’t know if it’s offensive to use that term or not. I think the thing is, in conversation, it’s just easier to say that keep saying African-American over and over again, you know? But if and when I say it, I feel as though I’m speaking out of turn or something. I don’t know. Can I get any opinions on here (particularly those of African-American’s)?

Which Are The Best Companies That Offer Training In Biotech In India?

I am a Btech biotech student and intend to do training in a prominent indian pharma/biotech company in the may-july of 2007.
also need to know about the following:
1.minimum eligibility for admission
2.the maximum intake
3.duration of the training
4the topics on which research is carried out
5.add ons apart from a good percentage that would improve chances of being selected.
6.what is asked in the interview
