It’s hard not to watch This Is It without feeling a mixture of sorrow and elation. When he passed away in the summer of 2009, Michael Jackson was in the midst of rehearsals for his final tour, an ambitious 50-date engagement. In editing 120 hours of rehearsal footage together, Jackson producer Kenny Ortega proves that it would’ve been an event for the ages. Michael performs material that spans his career, from a Motown medley to multi-platinum hits from Off the Wall, Thriller, and Bad. Though he hadn’t toured in 10 years, it becomes instantly apparent, despite rumors to the contrary, that Jackson was still in full possession of that unmistakable voice–high-pitched whoops and all–and that he still had the gravity-defying moves of a man half his age. Take the case of Harry Potter. The Potter franchise is the heftiest in history making $4.5 billion in box-office revenue worldwide. Its fans are a big part of that success and although its producers, Warner Bros. have accorded the fans their respect, they vastly underestimated how quickly the tide could turn against them if the fans didn’t appreciate any decision they made.

When we talk about legendary icons one person I know is none other than Michael Jackson the King of Pop. He started to enter the lime lights when he was still young. He rocks the world with a bang. All of his songs top the hit charts. He received numerous awards and achievements. During late 90’s this was the time of his running career. He toured many countries to perform. One of these was in the Philippines back in the year of 1996. A tremendous crowd filled the ultra with their non-ending applauses, screams and shouts. In return, Michael Jackson never let down his Filipino fans. As he steps up into the stage, he made the floor fire with his amazing performance. His signature moves like moonwalk was really one of his trademarks. According to him, he loves Filipino fans and they are very close to his heart. That’s why some of Filipino artists wanted him to imitate and follow his footsteps as a total performer. He has his own fashion statement every time he performs. He wears cap, slacks, white socks, globs, having a curly hair, red lips and a very white complexion.
