Top 7 Countries That Invest In U.S. Real Estate

Despite a recent slowdown, the U.S. real estate market continues to be a popular investment destination for foreign investors. Attracted by a desirable return on investment, many foreign nations continue to invest heavily in the U.S. residential and commercial real estate markets. In fact, in 2005, foreign investment in U.S. real estate reached 1.83 trillion.

To evaluate the impact of foreign investment on the U.S. real estate market, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) produced a 2006 report entitled ‘Foreign Investment in U.S. Real Estate: Current Trends and Historical Perspective.’ The report provides insights into the trends in foreign real estate investment, its impact on the U.S. economy, and the major countries that participate in U.S. real estate investment. Chasing Dinosaurs: Where to Look For Fossils

Dinosaurs have long been a source of fascination and the inspiration for many stories and scientific explorations. Fossilized dinosaur bones have been discovered in different parts of the world for centuries, with the first scientifically recorded specimen called Megalosaurus unearthed near Oxford in 1824 by William Buckland.

Since then paleontologists and dinosaur experts have been coordinating digs worldwide with many stunning skeletons now on display in national museum collections.

Home business advice and info would be greatly appreciated?

I going to start a home business pretty soon, but the thing is I don’t know anyone personally to find out how to go about starting one. So I wanted to know what are the things I need to know and things I need to do before I jump in, preferably from people who have home businesses or who are planning to start one as well.

By the way I live in Toronto, Canada. If I could get some info and advice from you all, I would appreciate it!
I’m interested in starting an online business from home, and having a website with all of these products on it so people can order them. I’m interested in selling hair products like: perms, weaves, shampoos, oils , baby/kids hair products etc. I’ve compared prices, textures and quality of these products from other stores around my area and online that sell the same kind of products jus to get an idea of what sells and what doesn’t and basically just what people prefer. So I know what I want to sell but, I just don’t know how to get it started. I know I need a business plan, and business name etc. I know you have to get it registered but how do I do all these things.

Anything that I haven’t mentioned that someone who like to share with me, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for sharing your info with me!

Theory, Fossils, and a Two-sided Puzzle

Do fossils support evolution? Or do they undermine the theory? Scientists have now scrutinized over 100,000 specimen from around the world covering fauna from the past 3,500,000,000 years. What have they learned? Let’s check it out.

Glimpses from the Past

The fossil record has troubles of its own. See if you can follow this logic: Paleontologists start with the premise that evolution progresses from simple to complex life forms. Thus the simpler the fossil, the older it is. As a result, the fossil is roughly dated according to its complexity.
